Opening today (March 12th) is the new movie, Green Zone, starring Matt Damon, Greg Kinnear, Amy Ryan and Brendan Gleeson. The film, set in 2003, follows Chief Warrant Officer Roy Miller, played by Damon, who is on a mission to find Iraq's reported stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction and discovers a massive cover up after he fails to find any chemical agents or other weapons.
Green Zone is rated R and 1 hour and 55 minutes.
Green Zone was directed by Paul Greengrass, the director of The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum.
Matt Damon on being around soldiers: ''If you don't really go to places like that, and some of those guys saw some serious combat, and you know, I could never know what that's like. But to be around somebody who is alert, who has been in those situations before is a really invaluable thing for me as an actor.''
Greg Kinnear on his character relations with Lawrie Dayne: ''She has been buying into Poundstone's story that there is a viable source named Magellan, here in Iraq, who has confirmed for us that there are weapons of mass destruction and that's why we need to be here.''
Amy Ryan on her character: ''She's a character, too, who probably spent her entire career writing about W.M.D. and so to find herself in a situation here in Iraq that, um, as much as it is meaningful to find W.M.D. it's very much what she's believed her whole career. I guess the big moment in her career as well, to be there when they're found, if they're found.''
The following clips are from Green Zone:
Lawrie questions Miller: (Dayne) ''You're in the eighty-fifth, that's WMD unit right?' (Miller) ''How'd you know that?'' (Dayne) ''It's right there on your rifle. Lawrie Dayne. Wall Street Journal. How's it going?'' (Miller) ''Uh, you know. We haven't found it, yet. Hey Sgt. Perry!'' (Dayne) ''We'll find it. It's frustrating, right?'' (Miller) ''Real bet.'' (Dayne) ''So what are you and Marty talking about?'' (Miller) ''Oh, you know I can't talk to you about that.'' (Dayne) ''Oh, come on. You come in fresh off the field to have a lemonade with Martin Brown? Something's gotta be going on.''
Miller questions the source: (Miller) ''What's the source?'' (Man) ''Well, it's a human source intel, but it's solid, it's current, as of zero-four-hundred.'' (Miller) ''Was it the same source we've been using? Every site we've hit on the way up here we've rolled a donut.'' (Captain) ''Chief, how 'bout we do this. Let's talk offline, give me a list of the places where you went on the grids and we'll make sure that you have the right information written down and that you went to the right places okay?'' (Miller) ''Cap, the issue isn't the grid, sir. The issue is that there's nothing there.'' (Captain) ''Stand down Chief! We need to move on here!'' (Miller) ''Hold on, hold a sec.''
Miller splits up his team: (Miller) ''All right, here's the situation. This Iraqi just showed up with information that about two or three K west of here, there's a meeting taking place right now. Possible high value targets involved. So I wanna move on it - in the first car, I wanna take the Iraqi guy. Freddy, Keating you're gonna drive all right shot guns. Potts, you're in the back covering Freddy the entire time, and the rest of you guys are gonna roll in the pick-up truck. Any questions?'' (Soldier) ''Hey Chief, how do we know this guy isn't leading us to some ambush?'' ''We don't.''
Miller reports a problem with the intelligence: (Man) ''Let's hear what the chief has to say.'' (Miller) ''Okay, sir, I'll give you an example. We rolled into a site . . . last week, OK? A hundred and first took casualties securing it for us. We got in there and found that it was a toilet factory. I'm saying there's a disconnect between what's in these packets and what we're seeing on the ground. There's a problem with the intelligence, sir.''

MOVIE OPENING: 'OUR FAMILY WEDDING'
Opening today (March 12th) is the new romantic comedy, Our Family Wedding, starring Forest Whitaker, America Ferrara and Carlos Mencia. The movie follows a newly engaged couple who learn the hard way that the road to their wedding day will be harder than they even imagined. Our Family Wedding was directed by Rick Famuyiwa.
Our Family Wedding is rated PG-13 and has a running time of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
America Ferrera on her character: ''Her journey in the story is to kind of, you know, stand up for herself and make decisions for her own life and not need the approval of her parents, and her father, and her family and her culture. Just kind of do what she wants and what she loves, and that involves her relationship with Marcus, but also, you know, what she wants for the bigger picture of her life.''
America Ferrera on the story being relatable: ''We certainly have, like, a goat running around the wedding, and, you know, big old crosses and all sorts of Latin Santeria happening. And so, I think that it's - we deal with it in a humorous way but it's all very . . . it runs deep. I think that's why it's funny, because it's true, and it's relatable.''
Carlos Mencia on what the movie's about: ''Weddings and get-togethers and families and all that, they teach you one thing. When you wake up in the morning, you're not happy, you're not sad, you're just awake and you choose to be happy. And in life, you just have to make that choice, you know, to be understanding, to be comprehensive, to deal with life in a positive way, to not let things shake you or rattle you, to understand that that's a part of nature - that hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis are all a part of what's going on and that's what this movie's about.''
Forest Whitaker on the dynamic of both families: ''I'm a single father. My son's mother is not in the picture at all, and the position is taken up by Angela, by Regina's character, in some ways, by my friendship with her. So it's an odd family unit and in some ways it's a family unit we're seeing a lot in today's world. And uh, on the other side is the Ramirez family is very much a family unit that we are familiar with in some ways.''
The following clips are from Our Family Wedding:
Lucia's mom gives her something new: (Sonia) ''I made you these.'' (Lucia) ''Aw, mom, they're gorgeous. Thank you.'' (Sonia) ''Something new.'' (Lucia) ''Thank you.'' (Sonia) ''You're welcome. OK, I want you to come and look at this beautiful woman, and don't you ever forget her.''
Angela wants to split the cost: (Angela) ''We have two families. The simplest thing is to split the cost.'' (Marcus) ''OK, hello, hey. What about us, it's our wedding? What about what we want?'' (Angela) ''Four words. Our marriage, their wedding.'' (Marcus) ''But, I'm just saying that . . . '' (Angela) ''Repeat after me - Our marriage'' (Marcus) ''Our marriage'' (Angela) ''Their wedding.'' (Marcus) ''Their wedding.'' (Angela) ''Great.''
Marcus announces they're getting married: (Sonia) ''Uh, let's start this night over. We can sit and have a lovely and enjoy getting to know each other. That's the point of this whole thing, right?'' (Marcus) ''Actually, the point of this is to let you know that - OW.'' (Lucia) ''We're hungry. Let's eat! I hear the gnocchi is really good here.'' (Marcus) ''What are you doing?'' (Lucia) ''I'm just looking at my menu.'' (Marcus) ''We're getting married.'' (Woman) ''What?''

MOVIE OPENING: 'REMEMBER ME'
Opening today (March 12th) is new the romance movie, Remember Me, starring Robert Pattinson, Pierce Brosnan, Emilie de Ravin and Chris Cooper. The film follows Tyler, played by Pattinson, a rebellious New York man who meets Ally, played by de Ravin, and is unexpectedly inspired by her as they begin to fall in love but soon, when secrets are revealed, the circumstances that brought them together slowly threaten to tear them apart. Remember Me was directed by Allen Coulter.
Remember Me is rated PG-13 and has a running time of 1 hour and 55 minutes.
Chris Cooper on his character: ''The character I play is Sargeant Neil Craig, and he works for NYPD in Lower Manhattan. He lives in Queens. He's a good cop. He has a young daughter in her late teens. He lost his wife to a robbery on a subway platform in Queens.''
Emilie de Ravin on her character: ''I play Ally Craig. She's a daughter of a pretty tough cop, and she's been through a lot in her life. She's really influenced by her dad, it's really them as a couple. She sort of takes care of him, he's very domineering, but you know, they have a great relationship. She's a very strong character, sort of guarded because of her past, and sort of finds it hard to let people in.''
Robert Pattinson on his character: ''He's a young guy who's, um, just kind of a little bit lost, in the most obvious way of looking at it. He has very wealthy parents, and he's kind of very self-righteous, but a bit of a waster. He has that attitude which a lot of twenty-one year old guys have, where they think they know better than everyone else but don't feel the need to prove it in any way, whatsoever.''
Robert Pattinson on the story: ''I guess a lot of the central part of the story is about how Ally and Tyler's relationship and I think a lot of that has to do with people not so much just being attracted to each other, but knowing each other, and how important that is to actually find someone who you can really know.''
The following clips are from Remember Me:
Ally orders dessert first: (Ally) ''What desserts do you have?'' (Waiter) ''Mango ice cream with a nuts and raisins.'' (Ally) ''Great. I'll have that and a glass of skim milk, and then the lamb vindaloo. Thanks.'' (Tyler) ''Oh can I have the chicken tiki masala and a King Fisher, please?'' (Ally) ''I have my dessert first.'' (Tyler) ''Oh is that a political statement or a medical condition?'' (Ally) ''I just don't see the point in waiting.''
Ally is treated like a suspect: (Ally) ''That's mine. That's from my desk.'' (Craig) ''I was trying to find some information.'' (Ally) ''Oh, what am I now one of your suspects?'' (Craig) ''Well you act like one. Are you on anything? I smell alcohol.'' (Ally) ''Yeah, so do I.'' (Craig) ''What's going on here, Ally? You trying to tell me something with this? You all grown up now?'' (Ally) ''Maybe it's time you get used to it, dad, before you give yourself a heart attack.'' (Craig) ''Who's the guy?'' (Ally) ''What makes you think there's a guy?'' (Craig) ''Yeah, he's a real prince. Get's you drunk and sends you home smelling like a brewery. You sure can pick 'em!'' (Ally) ''Yeah, I take after my mother.''
Charles yells at his son about responsibility: (Tyler) ''I love her.'' (Charles) ''Good god, you toss that word around when you have no idea what it means!'' (Tyler) ''Maybe I don't. And maybe Caroline doesn't either.'' (Charles) ''I have provided her world and yours.'' (Tyler) ''That doesn't mean you could just shatter it whenever you feel! Whenever there's something better to do!'' (Charles) ''Who the hell do you think you're talking to? You pedaled down here on your bike for Christ's sake. You're gonna take care of nothing! You're responsible for no one! You're a kid. You think that whatever you feel in your heart, that I don't also feel it in mine?''

MOVIE OPENING: 'SHE'S OUT OF MY LEAGUE'
Opening today (March 12th) is the new comedy She's Out of My League, starring Jay Baruchel, Mike Vogel and Alice Eve. The film follows Kirk, played by Baruchel, an average guy who can't believe his luck when a gorgeous girl named Molly, played by Eve, falls in love with him and must figure out a way to make the unlikely relationship work, even though he's the first to admit she's out of his league. She's Out of My League was directed by Jim Field Smith.
She's Out of My League is rated R and has a running time of 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Alice Eve on her character: ''I love my character. I love my character so much. She is a real person and she's nice, you know, and it's nice to play someone nice. 'Cause often women, you know, you have - it's nice to play someone who's just straight down the line, a good girl, you know?''
Jay Baruchel on his character: ''Kirk is maintaining, and he's happy doing so. He's comfortable. He's got the people he likes hanging out with, you know? And he's surprisingly comfortable in his own skin, which is, I think, one of the things that attracts Molly to him.''
Jay Baruchel on Kirk being a nice guy: ''It's nice to play, just the sort of earnest, every man kind of thing, you know? He's a straight guy to a lot of other people's craziness, but he's also in the joke himself. So you know, he's just a nice dude. It's nice to play just a nice guy who's not a weirdo.''
Mike Vogel on the rating system: ''Rating system, I think is definitely more of a Stainer idea, which makes sense to Jack so long as he's in his proper place above everyone else on it. You know, there's - Stainer definitely wants to fudge with the numbers a bit and Jack will let him do whatever he wants, so long as he's on top.''
The following clips are from She's Out of My League:
Molly finds her phone: (Molly) ''Hello, thank god you have my phone. My name is Molly McLeash.'' (Kirk) ''I remember you very well. What gate are you at? I'll run it right over.'' (Molly) ''You know what? We're actually pushing back right now.'' (Man) ''Excuse me, you're not supposed to be on your phone. It's bad for the plane.'' (Marnie) ''Oh, I'm sorry, are you a plane doctor?''
The guys list a few exceptions: (Devon) ''There's a million examples to why guys like Kirky end up with beautiful women.'' (Jack) ''Such as?'' (Devon) ''Lyle Lovett and Julia Roberts.'' (Jack) ''Right? Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear - all recording artists. Normal rules don't apply to those guys. Kirk, as soon as you record an album and it goes platinum, you can doinky doink anybody you wanna do.'' (Stainer) ''OK, OK, King Kong and Naomi Watts.'' (Jack) ''Never consumated. Totally platonic relationship.'' (Devon) ''What about the President of France and the girl that went out with Mick Jagger?'' (Jack) ''He knows about wine and he has a french accent.''
No one would ever do the moodle: (Jack) ''Do you know what your problem is, Kirk?'' (Kirk) ''What?'' (Jack) ''You're a moodle.'' (Kirk) ''A moodle?'' (Jack) ''A man poodle. Girls, they wanna take you out on a walk, they wanna feed you, they wanna cuddle you, but make no mistake. No girl wants to do the moodle.'' (Devon) ''He's right.''

COREY HAIM UPDATES
As the week goes on, more details continue to surface surrounding the death of 80s teen heartthrob, Corey Haim. From money problems to insomnia, The Lost Boys star faced many personal challenges.
His agent Mark Heaslip told CBS' The Early Show that Haim "was running a fever" of 99 to 101 shortly before his death, adding "He was laying in bed. And that night, he went to sleep, and he asked his breast cancer-stricken mother Judy to come into the room because he was having breathing problems. Heaslip said that Haim asked his mom, "'Would you lie next to me in bed?' . . . So she laid next to him in the bed, and she told Corey to roll on your side to see if it would help you breathe better, and Corey said he started feeling better. So they both went to sleep."
Between midnight and 1 a.m., Haim's mother heard someone walking around the room. When she opened her eyes, she saw Her son just fall "right to the ground."
His mom called 911, and Haim was pronounced dead at 2:15 a.m. at Providence St. Joseph's Medical Center in Burbank, California.
AUTOPSY COMPLETED; HAIM HAD PULMONARY CONGESTION
The autopsy is complete, but full results won't be determined until the toxicology report arrives in 4-5 weeks. The L.A. Country Coroner's office tells TMZ that the 38-year-old actor had pulmonary congestion, an enlarged heart and water in his lungs. But the coroner could not say if that's what led to his death. His mother told Access Hollywood that officials said her son died of pulmonary congestion.
Four pill bottles found at the apartment where Haim collapsed included the generic versions of Vicodin and Valium, which were prescribed by a prominent Los Angeles psychiatrist just days before. Law enforcement sources tell say the pill included hydrocodone (Vicodin), diazepam (Valium), haloperidol (an antipsychotic med) and Soma (a muscle relaxer).
No funeral dates has been set, but Haim will be laid to rest in his native Toronto.
His mother, Judy, plans move back to Toronto, where several members of the family already live.
Haim had been staying with his mom to help her while she battled breast cancer.
COREY HAIM BATTLED INSOMNIA
The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Corey Haim struggled with insomnia. According to a close source just weeks ago, he said, "I have a Michael Jackson problem. I know I should be more careful, but I really need a boatload of drugs just so I can get to sleep for a few hours."
COREY HAIM WAS BROKE WHEN HE DIED
Haim's best friend, Corey Feldman revealed on CNN's Larry King Live that his pal "was living in the Oakwood Apartments with his mom, very broke, very destitute," noting that the apartment complex in Los Angeles is "month-to-month living." He also said that Haim didn't own a car. Haim had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 1997, listing debts for medical expenses and more than $200,000 in state and federal taxes. Feldman said that in the end, Haim had no one to turn to. But Feldman said things were looking up for Haim recently -- that he had "shaped up . . . He got his act together. He was doing so much better."
COREY HAIM LOCKED LIPS WITH VICTORIA BECKHAM
Haim and Victoria Beckham dated back in 1995 -- before her Spice Girls fame. The couple met at a London recording studio, when, according to Haim the two locked "sniper eyes." Haim has said, "I had to hang out with her, it's my obligation as a man to do that." Beckham confirmed the fling in her autobiography, Learning to Fly. According to the Sun-Times, Beckham at one point admitted to being a Hain stalker. Meanwhile, Haim was quoted as saying that she was a "lousy" kisser.

Conan O'Brien will hit the road on a 2-month, 32-city tour, kicking off April 12th in Eugene, Oregon. He'll be joined by longtime sidekick Andy Richter and the former "Tonight Show" band -- minus drummer Max Weinberg. Among the dates will be a performance at the Bonnaroo music festival on June 11th. The tour, titled Legally Prohibited From Being Funny On Television, is being described as "a night of music, comedy, hugging, and the occasional awkward silence."
O'Brien Tweeted, "It was either a massive 30-city tour or start helping out around the house . . . Hey Internet: I'm headed to your town on a half-as*** comedy & music tour."
American Express is sponsoring the tour and ticket prices start at $39.50.
GERARD BUTLER IS 'PARANOID' TO SLEEP WITH A LOT OF WOMEN
Gerard Bulter has toned thing down in the bedroom recently because of anxiety and fear about it making headlines in the tabloids. The Bounty Hunter star tells Men's Health, "I think I get laid less now than I used to, because I'm way more paranoid now. Look at f---ing Tiger Woods! I mean, I'm nowhere near as naughty as I used to be, partly because I did a lot of that when I was drinking."
That said, Butler hasn't completely gone cold turkey, explaining, "I'm not saying I've cut that part out. I'm certainly no angel. There's no smoke without fire. But here's the thing: While they're accusing me of that, I've probably been off somewhere else doing damage with someone else. I'm pretty smart like that. I know how to get away with those things."
Butler has been linked with various Hollywood starlets, including Jennifer Aniston, but he says he's only had two couple of relationships since heading to Los Angeles five years ago. He admits, "I'm not a big relationship guy." He does say he has become "very close" friends with Aniston. The pair grace the new cover of W magazine.
KRISTEN STEWART ON SMOOCHING DAKOTA FANNING: 'IT WAS COOL'
Kristen Stewart had to do an on-screen kiss with co-star Dakota Fanning while filming The Runaways. And from the sound of it, she didn't mind it one bit. Stewart tells People.com, "It was cool. I didn't mind it The way that it happens in the script is so just a sort of moment in time and fun and natural and sort of impulsive." When asked who was a better kisser -- Fanning or Robert Pattinson, Stewart said, "I don't know."
Stewart and Fanning became fast friends afterward. Stewart said, "Working this closely with someone, you can't help but really become bonded with them and it really helps when you actually like them and can become really good friend."
REPORT: CHARLIE SHEEN TO TELL COURT ASSAULT NEVER HAPPENED
When Charlie Sheen heads to court for the pending domestic abuse case, sources say his defense is going to be -- "it never happened." In December, Brooke Mueller, who recently went to rehab for a drug addiction, told police that Sheen held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her. But insiders tell RadarOnline.com, "Charlie is going to contend that everything Brooke told police isn't true -- that she was out of her head, that she was so messed up she didn't know what was going on."
The source adds, "She partied hard before the incident. She drank heavily and she smoked crack. And Charlie is fully prepared to use that as part of his defense. Considering the fact that she went into rehab after the incident, Charlie's argument is going to have a lot of weight."
Sheen faces one felony and two misdemeanor charges. Insiders say a plea bargain is close to happening.
Since his Christmas arrest, Sheen has been to rehab.
SON OF ATLANTA HOUSEWIFE ARRESTED FOR DRUG POSSESSION
The son of Real Housewives Of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes is in trouble with the law. Bryson Bryant, 20, was arrested Sunday (March 7th) for failing to appear in court for a traffic violation. Authorities picked him up while he was visiting an inmate at the Gwinnett County jail, and found less than an ounce of marijuana on him as well.
Bryant was booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center and was released Wednesday after posting bond. A former Clark Atlanta University student, Bryant is reportedly an aspiring party promoter.
Leakes released a statement about her son's situation. "Like any parent, I am disappointed with the actions and arrest of my son, Bryson," she said."Certainly, my husband and I will deal with this family issue in a private manner . . . My son is not the first young adult to experiment with marijuana and he certainly won't be the last. Still, as parents, this is a chance for us to have an open dialogue with him about the dangers of any substance abuse. I realize as a parent that my job is never done," she continued. "And as I've tweeted, tough love was in order. Still, I ask that you respect our privacy during this trying time."

MTV is reportedly trying to limit the amount of booze the cast of the Jersey Shore drinks until filming begins in Miami. FoxNews.com reports that Jenni "JWoww" Farley made an appearance in Boston over the weekend, but didn't touch any alcoholic beverages and was heard saying it was because "MTV doesn't want the cast to drink." But an insider close to the production tells GossipCop.com, that while "the production team did ask them to limit appearances so they could focus on the new season," neither the production crew nor MTV told the cast they couldn't drink.
MTV has also asked the cast members to limit their public appearances. An insider says, that {JWoww also said that even though MTV is only allowing one appearance per week, she is booking some things 'under the radar' and has seven appearances next week. North Carolina, Florida, Buffalo and Cancun were a few of the places she mentioned." But her rep says, "Jwoww is not doing paid appearances across the nation. she is visiting family and friends in other cities like she has doing for the last 10 years. She has always followed MTV guidelines and will continue to do so."
Shooting is reportedly going to start in two weeks in Miami.
The cast members reportedly charge anywhere from $2,000 to $10,000 to show up at an event.
TIGER WOODS HIRES FORMER WHITE HOUSE IMAGE CONSULTANT?
Tiger Woods has reportedly turned to a former White House staffer to help fix his shattered image. According to the New York Post, Woods has asked former George W. Bush press secretary Ari Fleischer to help strategize his return to professional golf.
Fleischer has transitioned into a high-profile sports image consultant, working with the likes of baseball's Mark McGwire and the Green Bay Packers.
There has been much speculation about when Woods will return to the links officially. In his public statement last month, Woods indicated that he didn't know when he would return to golf, but sports experts have said that he will play the March 22nd and 23rd Tavistock Cup at Isleworth Golf & Country Club that pits pros from the Isleworth, Florida, club against nearby rival Nona Golf & Country Club.
Others say that Tiger is planning to play The Masters tournament this year, set for April 5th through 11th in Augusta, Georgia. However an announcement should have been made about Tiger's appearance by now.
BETTY WHITE SAYS HER AGENT WOULD 'DIVORCE' HER IF SHE TURNED DOWN 'SNL'
Betty White is officially set to host Saturday Night Live on May 8th. But the booking almost didn't happen. The 88-year-old actress tells Access Hollywood, "Years ago, I turned it down three times. It's so New York, and I'm not New York at all. But my agent said he'd divorce me if I didn't do it, and I love my agent." She adds, "It's lovely, and at my age it's certainly unexpected. I've got so much energy, it's ridiculous. I love working. My schedule is a feverish one, and I'm used to that."
White will be joined by six former female late night players: Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Molly Shannon, Maya Rudolph, Ana Gasteyer and Rachel Dratch.
SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels said he has "always wanted" White to host, adding that the Facebook campaign helped. He said, "It took on a groundswell. It isn't something we would have said no to . . it was the outpouring of affection from fans, and we feel the same way . . . she's the mother of us all in comedy, so it will be a celebration of Betty White."
