Five Things To Know If You Wake Up In A Pissy Mood
The days when you wake up and hate the world for no reason. Today is that day for me. I just want to punch someone in the face, so watch out! For some odd reason I went to WebMD to see what we can learn from waking up in a bad mood. There has to be a good reason for it and give us super powers, right?! Prepare to get your ‘edumacation’ on my friends!
Talk To A Stranger
As dumb as that may sound, it could actually boost your mood. Good chance someone you know and hate will make your day even worse. If you talk to a stranger, you probably wont word vomit on them. You’re most likely to talk to them in a cheerful mood and that in return will get your mind thinking positive.
Talk To Someone Else That Is In A Good Mood
If you are in the punching kind of mood, you may want to punch the person who wakes up and pee’s rainbows. But, studies show that being around others that are happy rub off on you. It’s like the Flu, but in a much better way. Happiness and depression are contagious. Do you want to be pissy or piss rainbows?
You’re Better At Spotting A Lie
This might be a reason to stay in a bad mood, even though you don’t want to be. I hate liars. They are transparent as their imaginary ego. When you’re in a good mood, you tend to be more trusting and easier to fool. When you’re in a bad mood, you’re more skeptical and can spot the lie. When I’m in a “I Don’t Give A Rat’s…” mood I am more upfront and honest and will call you out when I know you are lying to my face!
You’re Less Likely to Be Superstitious
At least hat’s according to “The Journal of Personality and Social Psychology”. Basically, when you’re happy, you are more likely to follow your gut feeling even though what you want to do it way out in left feel when everyone is gathering around home plate.
You’re Not The Only One
I don’t think I need to spell this out for you. In any situation in life, someone else, maybe not a person you know, but others are going through the same life battles.
