I had started this post a couple different times this past weekend but was never able to finish it.  I started writing Thursday afternoon with the hope that after the shows that night I would upload the pics.  Yeah right!  Suffice it to say sh*t went crazy as you will read below.  I ended up with the pics that you see in the gallery and that is it.  I do have some more pics and video form Kid Rock on Friday night that I will be posting.  But you know how I roll, so it may take another day. Yeah I know, my mom right, I am a slacker….

So Rock Fest 2011 has already been very interesting to say the least.  We are now two days in and just being able to post pics.  It seems that alcohol and memory cards don’t mix well.  Apparently I lose all motor skills at 4am and cannot focus, walk, speak, or take card of my property.  All of yesterday’s pics, form he drive up to the shows, were lost on my card.  Of course I wouldn’t bring two up here either, because that would be smart, and I don’t do smart things.  LOL Today we were finally able to get to a store to get another card and will be posting more pics tonight.

Saliva ripped up the stage this afternoon.  To be honest I can’t say I have ever seen them put on a crappy show though and they didn’t disappoint again.  Though the weather has been shi**y at times, the cool winds are a compliment to the already killer time.

I’m gonna head to the Skillet show now and will probably come back after to post more.

Not really sure what happened after that last sentence but that is where my posting ended until today.  At least we have 100 pics of Avenged Sevenfold…LOL

The Super Bowl wasn’t the only “big game” going on last Sunday. The women of the Lingerie Football League also hit the field in Vegas, wearing much less than the Steelers and the Packers. Here are some shots from Lingerie Bowl VIII, in which the Los Angeles Temptations took down the Philadelphia Passions.

Hundreds of Central Minnesotans sampled 40 different soups and chilis in the 2011 Cold Spring Jaycees’ Soup & Chili Bowl at the Cold Spring Brewery Distribution Center.

Organizers say more than 2,000 people attended the contest and helped raise money for the food shelf and paralyzed Cold Spring resident Roger Illies.

I have just decided that after I win the Powerball this Saturday I will be buying 50Cent’s house.  This thing is ridiculous!

Turns out 50 Cent’s Connecticut mansion has been on and off the market for years, and has even been featured in an episode of MTV’s Cribs.

Fiddy has changed realtors, hoping that will move the mansion, but we all luck out because we get to look inside. And the verdict? It pretty much looks like a McMansion of epic proportions. The real estate website includes the following description:
