No Charges To Father Who Killed Daughters Molester [POLL]

I hate even reading about something like because it seems that molestation is happening far too often. There is no excuse for it at all and the guy who was killed deserved it.
Apparently this all went down on June 9 on a ranch in Texas, where an unidentified 23 year old father heard the cries of his 5 year old daughter behind his barn. As to be expected he went out to investigate and found his 47 year old farm hand, Jesus Mora Flores, with his pants down and on top of the 5 year old. The father did exactly what I would do, he pulled the freak off his daughter and beat the crap out of him. I mean how could you even stop? With all the emotions running through you after seeing your daughter being molested the rage would take over and you would go nuts.
According to MSNBC, the father did call 911 and said,
Come on! This guy is going to die on me! I don’t know what to do!’
I feel like this father did the right thing by protecting his daughter and anyone else who came in contact with this offender. In fact, Texas law provides justification for the use of deadly force, including if someone is committing a sexual assault. I think Texas has the right idea with this law and all states, including our blue state of Minnesota, should adopt this law. I feel justice was served!
