Not Everyone Sucks – Woman Gives Stranger $500 Cash

Wouldn’t this be nice. You are walking down the street, minding your own business when a stranger comes up to you and hands you an envelope and walks away. I might be a little scared to open up that envelope, but good this Utah woman did, it contained $500 cash.
The Utah woman said she was handed an envelope from a woman she’d never seen before. The unknown woman simply said, “Merry Christmas,” and walked away. Inside the envelope was $500 cash and a letter that read,
“Merry Christmas, right now in my life I have more than I need so please take this money and use it for your needs. My family has once been on the receiving end and now it is our turn to give.”
The recipient of that envelope plans to visit her father in Illinois who has brain cancer.
While that seems to be a great gesture, how did this unknown woman pick out her recipient? Did she look for someone who “looked” like they could use some help? If that’s the case, lets all walk around naked because we are too poor to buy new clothes! Either way, it’s good to know nice people are still out there!
