Pit Bull Saves Womans Life

Facebook

I am a huge animal lover. I don’t discriminate. It saddens me to see so much disrespect for Pit Bulls. So many apartment complex’s not allowing the breed or one similar to live in the apartment because they are a “bully breed,” or people being scared they will attack them, or not wanting to adopt one yourself because of all the “Bad” news you hear about them. Really, when is the last time you heard good news reported on dogs??? You may have a different opinion of the breed, but here is mine.

How an animal acts is based on how the owner treats them. Any breed of dog can be made into an attack dog. Hell my 25 pound Boston Terrier tries to go after the neighbors German Sheppard and my brothers Pit Bull. She has small dog syndrome. She gets scared of cats, but big dogs she will show them she’s the boss and then chill out and become play buddies. My brothers pit and other pits that I know are the biggest babies and lovers, because their owners give them love and respect. People who abuse their dog, leave it outside with no interaction with others, may become aggressive. Wouldn’t you? Do Pit Bulls bite? Sure, but so do other dogs. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been bitten by stray dogs, and none of them were from a Pit Bull.

Now if you are still thinking “Jade you are full of it and don’t know what you are talking about,” check out this story from Massachusetts. A woman, who was drunk, was walking her pit bull and passed out on the railroad tracks. A train is coming and the dog tried to wake her up to no success. The conductor saw the woman and tried to stop the train in time but did not succeed. The dog jumped in front of the train to protect its owner. While the woman miraculously was uninjured, the dog was hurt, but it will be OK. How many of your friends would jump in front of a train to save your drunk ass???
