Slipknot Album Voted Best Debut of Past 25 Years

The readers of England’s Metal Hammer Magazine voted Slipknot’s self-titled debut album as the best debut album of the past 25 years.
Slipknot got almost one-third of the 16,000 total voted.
Their debut album was technically just their debut for a major label. They issued a self-distributed demo called Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. in 1996.
