Is Scott Weiland Burnt Out?

Based on the title of this post one might think the STP frontman was back on the drugs, but that is not the case.  At least I don't think so.  It seems that Scott Weiland has just been too busy the past three years to relax and let his voice rest.  Weiland reunited with his band mates in 2008 and has been touring ever since.  They recently had to postpone a few shows due to the strained vocal chords of the STP frontman.  In a recent Rolling Stone interview, Weiland spoke of the issues he was having:

Scott Weiland To Release Memoir Later This Month

According to a press release, STP frontman Scott Weiland is finally set to publish his first memoir, titled Not Dead And Not For Sale, on May 17th.  The books looks to be a bit dark and will "explore Weiland's early years as an altar boy right along with his first experiences with sex and drugs,"  the book will also show Weiland's rise to fame as the lead singer of STP and how a 13-year drug addiction led to arrests, multiple stints in rehab, the near destruction of his career and his eventual comeback
