Will System Of A Down be Touring with the Deftones?

These are two of my all time favorite bands to see live, and to get them on the same bill would be epic!

Apparently the offical word is coming down today and we shall find out all the details.  On both the System Of A Down and Deftones Twitter pages hint were revealed.  The System Of A Down Twitter page said,

“Important announcement coming Monday. Stay tuned…”

If that wasn’t enough to start speculating the post was accompanied by a photo of System bassist Shavo Odadjian holding a Deftones backstage pass.  The Deftones page read the same thing with a pic of Chino holding a System Of A Down backstage pass.  I’m pretty sure this is a sure thing but we will wait to find out.  Keep it cranked to REV to get all the detials!
