Woman Says Nine Inch Nails and Marilyn Manson Music Told Her To Torch Her Fathers Home

Facebook

Here we go again. Let’s blame music for our own stupidity!

A 29-year-old  El Paso, Texas woman set fire to the home she grew up in, blaming Nine Inch Nails and Marilyn Manson as the reason for her actions. She was staying in her childhood home for a few days while her dad was being treated for an illness at a nursing home. Christina Paz told investigators that she was angry at her parents “for trying to kill her on Christmas Day, that they had planned to sodomize her and chop her up with the help of a neighbor.”

She learned this supposed plot though the music of NIN and Manson. We all know Manson and Trent knew this woman and the plot of her parents, so they recorded the songs years ago in hopes she would get the “secret” message to burn the house down! That sounds completely believable!

The fire did cause serious damage, but fortunately no one was injured.

Nine Inch Nails and Manson both have been blamed for criminal acts before, with Manson’s music allegedly linked to the 1999 Columbine High School shootings. Other artists whose music has been targeted include Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Metallica, My Chemical Romance and more.

How about getting your mental problems fixed instead of blaming others for your actions? I’ve been listening to Rock music for years and I turned out O.K. I must have missed that “secret” message telling me I would get fired from every radio job I had and to pick a different career.

Do you think music has ever driven anyone to some sort of criminal action?
